Using the "Forgot your password?" option to reset your password
PLEASE NOTE: The Command Center email address is case-sensitive. If you are unsure about what email address was used when creating your Command Center user, please ask another Command Center admin at your organization to check for you.
If you have forgotten your password or need to reset your password please use the following option when you go to log in to your WorkEQ App.
Once you select "Forgot your password?" Please enter your WorkEQ Space Name and the email associated with your WorkEQ account.
Check your email for an automated password reset response from WorkEQ.
